The Lions of Texas believe in the young people in our schools and want to encourage students in their pursuit of excellence while learning to be of service to others.
The Lions Clubs of District 2S3 are sponsoring a Peace Poster Contest for Middle School Students. Entrants must be 11, 12 or 13 on November 15, 2022. This year's theme is Lead With Compassion. The Winner will move up levels with the opportunity to compete in the International Peace Poster Contest which will take place at the United Nations !!
Local Lake Travis Lions Club Winner - $100 First Place; $50 Second Place; $25 Honorable Mention
District 2S3 Winner - $250 First Place; $125 Second Place
Texas State MDD-2 - $500 First Place
International Winner - $5,000 Grand Prize Winner.
The International Judging will take place at the United Nations in New York !!!!
International Merit Award Winners - 23 Entrants will receive $500 and a Certificate of Achievement
